He is Risen! He is Risen Indeed!
Today was special for so many reasons. My family was in town! — My sister, my best friend in the whole world, whom I share many secret moments, joyous laughter, tears and a honesty that surpasses time, was here. My daughters, who have been on tour in Europe, were home again with all their gentle touches, tender and funny moments and memory making pieces of life. Then there was the Ultimate – the remembrance of today being the day that my Savior, Jesus Christ, rose from a grave that He was buried in due to a series of events that he traveled on so my eternity with my Father in Heaven could be secured. Woah! To say that I’m loved is a gross understatement. To say that I love, is fact! — God whispered in my ear this morning, as I greeted individuals with marked pleasure as they entered my church, “today is truly the first day of this year, my dear Sue. I sent my Son to die so that you may live. Mark your calendar accordingly and now “live”, for it is true!”…
